Overview

  1. The reservation is subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.
  2. Hotel Category Details: Standard Hotel: 3 Star, Deluxe Hotel: 3+, Luxury Hotel: 4 Star, Premium Hotel: 4+ Star.
  3. Package Meal Plan Shows Like its includes: EP - Only Room, CP - Breakfast, MAP - Breakfast and Dinner, AP - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
  4. Car Type: Sedan Car - Swift Dezire/Etios or Similar, SUV Car: Ertiga/Marazzo or Similar, MUV Car: Innova or Similar.
  5. The prevailing Rate of Exchange of the day of payment will be applicable.
  6. We request all the customers to review travel warnings, announcements, advisories and prohibitions issued by therelevant authorities and governments prior to confirming their bookings.
  7. The taxes mentioned in the holiday packages are subject to revision in case of any change.
  8. The travel agency shall not be held liable for any delays, changes, or cancellations caused by unforeseen events orcircumstances beyond their control.
  9. These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
  10. All prices are per person in Indian Rupees based on min 2 Adults travelling together.
  11. All the prices are for Indian Nationals only, unless specified.
  12. The above price not valid during national holidays, festive season and long weekends.

  14. Domestic hotel check in is 1200hrs and checkout would be 1000hrs.
  15. International hotel check in is 1500hrs and checkout would be 1000hrs.
  16. Early check in and late check-out subject to availability Extra charge applicable.
  17. Confirmation of Hotels, car hire and services are subject to availability.
  18. All rates and availability are subject to change at the time of booking.
  19. Room category in all pack ages is the Base Category.
  20. Vehicle will be given Point to Point as per itinerary & not on Disposal Basis. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeingextra charges will be applicable.
  21. All sightseeing is subject to weather conditions, political conditions in the destination.
  22. It is mandatory to carry a valid photo identity card (Passport / Driving License / Voter ID card).
  23. Compulsory room supplement per person is applicable during Christmas and New Year, Fairs ,Festivals and Events or Long Weekends.
  24. Compulsory Christmas & New Year Gala Dinner as applicable.
  25. The prevailing Rate of Exchange of the day of payment will be applicable for International Tours.
  26. Kindly note that the drivers are not guides.
  27. Driver is NOT A GUIDE, he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the placeof visit on your own. Itinerary is subject to change.
  28. All arrangements made by us are in the capacity of a ground handling agent only.
  29. If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability
  30. Please not that AC will be switched off while travelling in hilly terrain.
  31. Surcharges may be applicable on the entire package, depending upon the final date of travel.
  32. Shared coach sightseeing as per itinerary will have fixed pick up and drop off points. Hotel pick up and drop offs not guaranteed for all hotels.
  33. Colors Holiday will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents,injuries delayed or cancelled flights & acts or forces of nature.
  34. Colors Holiday reserves the right to accept or to decline any booking of any person/s or cancel the booking without assigning any reason.

Booking and Payment Policy

  1. Initial deposit - 50% o Tour Cost per person to confirm you’re booking with us.
  2. 100% payment to be made at least 7 days before departure.
  3. 100% before 15 days of travel
  4. If booking done within 15 days than full payment to be collected in 7 days of the booking date.
  5. Flight Booking - Full payment at the time of issuance
  6. Cash payments in INR will be accepted at the Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd Head office in accordance with the Government of India guidelines & Section 269ST of Income Tax Act (Threshold Limit INR 2 Lakhs), along with providing PAN details.
  7. All payments should be made in the name of "Colors Holiday LLP"
  8. Bookings will be considered valid only if payments are made to Colors Holiday LLP.
  9. Guests are encouraged to make digital payments in support of the 'Digital India' movement initiated by the Government of India.
  10. A non-refundable convenience charge is applicable on transactions made through Colors Holiday LLP Payment Gateway, Link or POS Machine using credit cards, debit cards, or net-banking.

Cancellation Policy
# 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
# 3 to 6 days prior to arrival: 75% of the Tour / service cost
# 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
# 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
# 30 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
# 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
# If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then she/he shall give a written application to theCompany within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company.
# Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
# Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date ofdeparture and date of cancellation.
# Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
# Same cancellation policy will apply for postponements of bookings or in case of change of hotels during the progressof tour.
# Cancellation charges would vary during peak and high travel season.
